Lotus eSuite

User Experience Challenge:
Work with IU design teams at Lotus to cerate screen mock ups of for the UI specification of the messaging portion of Lotus eSuite (Lotus SmartSuite on a Network Computer running a Java OS).

Solution:
Working with a bi-coastal eSuite design team of human factors engineering and software engineering, we designed multiple iterations of screen layouts. Rapidly building mockups to define behaviors while constantly adapting to an ever shifting main application suite look and feel. We determined the mock ups required:

• a highly refined visual design
• Icons for ready for the final product
• color scheme and behavior mock ups (one is show here)

Visual Design Challenge:
Design the look and feel and create a series of screen layout mock ups. Design needs to both work with other eSuite applications and yet still have a distinct look.
